row 500m
eliptical 1 mile
rest 3 minutes
(pick a sport and do it, not all of the events)

Coaches tip:
Jog/brisk walk 2 mintues
Walk 4 minutes
Jog/brisk walk 2 minutes
Walk 4 minutes
and continue until 2 miles is over
