Max Sit-ups in: 2 minutes

Complete 5 rounds for time:
10 Back Squat, #135/#65
10 Dips (bench or rings)
5 Burpees
*post times, enjoy!
*focus on a deep squat, set up a target so you drop your butt LOW!
