    wow tonight was intense... need to get new running shoes because i have huge blisters and some serious chaffing going on...

    Got through the WOD quick, it was intense as usual. I did the 5k in 53:45 mostly fast paced walking. I cant really say I jogged because i soon realized i was jogging at about the same speed as my walking :)

    I want to get my 5k run time down to 40 min or less, you think thats doable? Otherwise im loving the intensity and the workouts, keep brining the pain coach!

  2. this is really zanna this time: In serious pain, wishing I handt taken two months off... Looking forward to the pain going away so i can walk upstairs again. Sustained a full 300 meter run before I had to break which is an improvement from my prior 150m break.
